Rice Pudding

 Rice Pudding



    This is a super delicious and simple dish that you can have at any time of the day, hot or cold. What you need is- 1/3 cup of rice, 2 1/2 cups of milk, a pinch of salt, 1/4 cup of brown sugar (or regular sugar), an egg, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. First, add your milk and rice to a pot and bring to a boil on high heat.



    Next, after it has come to a boil, turn the stove to low heat and stir occasionally so that it does not stick to the pot. Don't forget to stir! 


    Crack your egg in a small bowl, add your brown sugar and cinnamon and then whisk until fully mixed. Next, slowly mix half a cup of the rice mixture into the egg mixture and whisk. Make sure you do this very slowly. 


    Finally, once the rice mixture is sort of thick you can add the egg/rice mixture into the large pot and mix completely. Once satisfied feel free to top off with more cinnamon if you like a lot!
